Good experience besides the used car manager. My sales guy Greg Gotharn was great. He took the time to drive 40 minutes to my house to drop off a car so he could drive my truck back to the dealers My sales guy Greg Gotharn was great. He took the time to drive 40 minutes to my house to drop off a car so he could drive my truck back to the dealership to work on my auto steps. He did this twice. Very honest guy. I recommend working with Greg. I didn’t get that used car guy vibe from him. The only real issue was the used car manager. The rear shocks on my 2018 Ram with 19,000 miles on them were shot. It has a dealer installed lift on it. You could bounce the bed up and down and it would keep bouncing for a few seconds. Hitting a small numb when driving it would send the truck bouncing all over the road. Scary. When I mentioned this, the used car manger said, that’s how lifted trucks are. That’s what you have to deal with if you want that look. Obviously thats not true. I would have felt fine about it if he just said, we are not going to fix it or pay to get it fixed. Fair enough. Instead he decide to feed me the above story. I would still buy from Greg again but would walk out the door if the typical used car manager came out. FYI - I paid $350 to have new shocks installed and it’s like driving a different truck. More

The noise is coming from the front somewhere, we have owned the vehicle for a year now and this noice just started. When I dropped it of I was told they wouldn’t do anything if they couldn’t hear it. This does not make any sense, if I take it to a professional mechanic they will fully inspect the area of the noise. They eventually did hear another noise I reported and they just said it was the ac, that they usually make that type of noise. Again after a whole year the ac wants to make this noise? I asked them to sit in with me and listen. The clunking noise was so clear to the ear. They had nothing to say then. So I had to leave it. When it was ready they told me they took care of the noise, that it was just the cooling system. After my frustration of them not really caring ( because this is how I felt the whole time ) i picked the traverse up and left. The noise is still there, clunking noise in the front. I’m disappointed because this was all just a waste of my time. I need to get this fix because this can be a serious issue for all I know. The noise is coming from somewhere around the engine. If your reading this, this team is not professional. Don’t waste your time. It feels like if your under the warranty they don’t want to assist. More
