Service and attention by our sales rep Carlos was excellent. Would definitely recommend Moritz Kia for any Kia purchase. Footnote: we now have owned 3 new Kia Souls, 2012, 2016, 2020. The first, the 2012, a special edition, was purchased elsewhere, and we never went back to that dealer. Who you deal with does make a difference! More

I told him what I could pay and asked what he could offer. He showed me the 2020 Kia Soul. I paid LESS down, and my monthly payments are the same as the USED car the other dealership tried to a sell me. The best part is that while Scott took time to listen to me and answer ALL my questions, he didn't make me wait ALL day like other dealerships have. He was straight forward and honest and made me feel important. Even AFTER the purchase he has kept in contact. I know if I need something I can count on him. Carlos was able to put myself and my wife both in new vehicles (2019 Optima for me and 2019 Forte for her) inside our budget for what I was willing to pay for one vehicle. Our payments are way less than what I was quoted from other dealers. We were never shown anything that was out of our price range. Between the mpg and the warranty they offer with their cars I’ll definitely be back in 2 years when we are in the market again. More

Great experience working with Catherine Catherine was very welcoming, gracious and helpful. We first contacted her online and she invited us to come into the dealership. When we exhausted our questions she offered information about the vehicle we were interested in. While we were taking a test drive she continued to give us information about the car. Upon returning to the dealership we can began to talk to her about purchase procedures. As she went back and forth between speaking with us and her manager she was very warm and courteous. After we agreed to a purchase the vehicle she continued to touch base with us through each phase of the contract process. She continued to make us feel important. There was a special, unique situation which prevented us from immediately taking possession of the car and she made accommodations for us.
