Free Oil Change Not Worth It I went in for a free oil change provided by the dealership when purchasing a new car. Over the span of 2 hours they were able to change my oil and rot I went in for a free oil change provided by the dealership when purchasing a new car. Over the span of 2 hours they were able to change my oil and rotate my tires. Yes, 2 hours to do about 15 minutes of work. Also, they managed to NOT wash my vehicle during that time, as promised during check-in. They get a start for bit charging me, but I have better things to do than hang around a dealership all of Saturday for SIMPLE service. More

When our car wasn’t on the lot he had it driven in from Lubbock and hand delivered it 3.5 hours away on his day off to Austin. Above and beyond service from a great team.
