We pulled on the lot saw a car that matched our criteria, went to park to talk to someone and there Maurice Curley was! He met us at our car and walked us through all of our questions, desires, and the process. Maurice was incredibly patient, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Maurice worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and what would work for our family. We then worked with Scot Mowles on the financial side of things! Scot did a great job at offering us extra package deals such as warranties and services. This helped us know we were making a safe and smart choice long term. Overall we were incredibly satisfied with our experience with the people we worked with and the dealership we chose! We walked out feeling like they truly cared about pleasing their customer and creating a life long relationship. Smooth and quick experience I went into the dealership already knowing what I wanted and was able to get assistance immediately. Laura pulled the car I was looking at around, tes I went into the dealership already knowing what I wanted and was able to get assistance immediately. Laura pulled the car I was looking at around, test drove it and started the process on purchase. I did come across some minor items that were either missing or small damage I brought to her attention and she was able to get with the pre-owned manager and have those items taken care of for me. Finance was great, got within my price range and was very helpful with getting added services put on the purchase at the same price we agreed on. Thank you! More

He asked questions to really get to know me to find out which vehicle would be best for me. I went in looking for a Sorento, but left with a Sportage. It was a perfect fit! The best service experience we’ve ever had buying a car My biggest compliment that I want everyone to know is the sales person that we used was THE BEST SALESMAN we ever have had when buying a car.. Dealerships Need to understand that there’s a lot of people out there that would be more willing to buy a car and make it work when you have a salesman like that wasn’t pushy very kind very respectful made you feel important and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. Then When I came back to have to learn all the bells and whistle’s on the car there was one thing wrong with my phone in regards to the Apple play but he was determined to figure out and then he went and got a guy named Jose Garcia, who was AMAZING too!! We have given Michael’s name out to a couple people because I told him how great this experience was and how great the my Kia is. Thank you again to Moritz Kia dealership I’ve Las Vegas Trail for everything again and I’m sure everything you’re going to do in the future for my all changes, that’s another thing that oil changes are such a reasonable price that people will come back there to get them done instead of going to like Jiffy Lube etc. !!! More
