Ha arranged for a test drive....explained some of the features on the new Soul....and made my first encounter with screen tech a little less intimidating. Sale was finalized, and he arranged for an early, next-day appointment with Jenna to complete the tint and pinstripe. Jim also made sure my Android Auto was set up before I left. He followed up with a phone call the next afternoon to make sure everything had gone smoothly. There you have it. Great car....good price....Moritz (and JIM) made it easy! More

I had an excellent experience at Moritz Kia. the salesman Joshua was so helpful so kind and so polite. The cars that he gave me to choose from out were very nice clean, and it was a hard decision. Most of them, gave me no option, and never even returned my call with the information that I left them. It was like 5 days then trying to get in touch with anyone from the service department but they wouldn't call me back. We live in Florida with our daughter in Texas. I had to get mad to get the help just like I have been trying to do just now. If you have a great experience with this company I am glad but, there are those of us who didn't. More
