Our Kia Service Center provides a Shuttle service for our guests within a 12 mile radius. You may also reserve a Service Loaner through one of the Service Managers. We are constantly running specials for our guests so they can take advantage of saving more money.

Although it takes forever to get through to the service dept., I feel that Rachel is an asset to Moritz Kia. She is knowledgeable and has an excellent communication skill with the customers. She took the time to explain everything to me that was wrong with my car. I had scheduled an appointment for this Friday and she got me in two days earlier. I was not in a hurry but my tail lights were stuck on and to wait until Friday meant that I would have to remove the battery cable from the battery or drain the battery. Thank you Rachael for going the extra mile to accommodate me at the last minute. I sincerely appreciate your sacrifice to get me a ride back home as well as your staying after hours to assist me.
