Best car buying experience ever! We had a great experience buying a car at Moritz Kia in Hurst. Our salesman, Scot, was really great to work with. He listened and showed us exactly wh We had a great experience buying a car at Moritz Kia in Hurst. Our salesman, Scot, was really great to work with. He listened and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. We found a Sedona that we thought we liked, but it was dark out and I really wanted to see the color in the day light and wasn't comfortable making a decision at the time. They were super accommodating and let us drive the vehicle home for the night to see if we liked it and then return it the next day. I really appreciated the extra time alone with the car, driving my normal daily route, to get to know the features and see how it drove. This made all the difference for us and is probably the main reason we ended up buying from here. We fell in love with the car and were ready to make a deal when we returned the next day. Scot was amazing at entertaining our 1 year old daughter while we negotiated and finalized everything. Everyone at Moritz was great and made it a happy experience. I love my new Kia Sedona! More

2 hour oil change with appointment Made appointment on line for 9:20am. Came in, very helpful service guy. Said it would take an hour. Sat in waiting room for an hour. We asked for $500 less on the price because of small issues with the car and we where told absolutely no. Sketchy warranty promised by the dealership, not sure how that's going to work out. Very deceptive sales group. Great car nevertheless. More
