Took car in for oil change at 5300 miles and an oil leak was detected. Our service manager Martin took us to see the problem and would not allow us to drive it home and set us up with a loaner. The car was was detected. Our service manager Martin took us to see the problem and would not allow us to drive it home and set us up with a loaner. The car was ready for pick up in five days. Just purchased a 2024 Sportage XPro Prestige, absolutely love the car but my experience with being trained on the technical features was not good at all. I am 3 weeks into my car and still do not know what love the car but my experience with being trained on the technical features was not good at all. I am 3 weeks into my car and still do not know what everything does. Salesmen are not trained on these features which makes for a bad experience. They tell you how to complete a survey and they will give you 2 free tanks of gas and when you do not fill it out to their satisfaction, no gas! Not good customer service and will not return or refer any one to this dealership! More
