My Service Advisor, Martin Souvannakane. was extremely prompt and helpful in getting my vehicle in as quickly as possible. Once I arrived on property, Martin was quick to greet me and to listen to all of my needs. Martin also made sure I had transportation home since I had to get back to work. Once my 24 point inspection was complete, Martin called me and explained my vehicle needs thoroughly. He even arranged for me to get picked up from my home in order to retrieve my vehicle. I seriously could not of had a better experience! This type of Customer Service makes me want to continue business with Kia for a lifetime! More
