Greg was certainly courteous and mannerly throughout the entire purchase transaction. But the bottom line here is which I appreciated: He was very professional, very knowledgeable, never pushy and so entire purchase transaction. Reed is a kind and devoted man who never once had anything negative to say. Reed and Laurel both stayed past business hours to help me purchase this vehicle when they could have just called it quits. From the moment I arrived on the lot the salesmen and reception were so friendly. Greg brought a car for me to look at and we did a test drive, then another with side by side comparisons. The one thing I do wish is that I could have gotten my car with less miles even if I would have needed to wait, I did not feel that the final number would have been shown to me prior to signing. Went to Moritz Kia to get some information on the Soul. Met Leo Amaya who answered all my questions and educated me about the vehicle. His focus was finding out what I was looking for. My new Soul arrived earlier than promised and when we went to sign the deal they LOWERED the price by $500.00. Seems there was a Kia cash back incentive that just started that week.
