We requested curbside dropoff and pickup and that did work out well; and our small problem was fixed in a timely manner(left and front turn signal light) even though the left side unit eventually had to work out well; and our small problem was fixed in a timely manner(left and front turn signal light) even though the left side unit eventually had to be replaced under warranty(platinum)...in general we have been happy with or 2012 Santa Fe which we bought in 2016 at Morries and which is still running fine.
