Joe was incredibly helpful in helping me navigate buying my first new car. He wasn’t pushy like you typically expect from car salesman, he seemed to genuinely care about getting me the right car for the rig my first new car. He wasn’t pushy like you typically expect from car salesman, he seemed to genuinely care about getting me the right car for the right price. They were willing to be very flexible with some things to make it all work out, and I’m very thankful. Only complaint (and I know every dealership does this) they really should disclose and go through the additional packages for protection with you before you start signing paperwork. 10 minutes is not enough time to decide about adding 2-5k onto a new car, especially when many of the options have to be included at the time of purchase.
