Service OK, setting appointment not so good I lost my key fob and wanted to replace it, so I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment. I was transferred to the parts department because they I lost my key fob and wanted to replace it, so I called on a Wednesday to make an appointment. I was transferred to the parts department because they had to order the fob. The person I spoke with told me they would call in two days when the fob came in, and I'd have to make the service appointment then. No call came Friday. No call came Monday. Finally I called back on Tuesday and was told oh yes, the part was in. So a little miffed, I set up the appointment and was told that the work would take 3 hours. When I expressed surprise that it would take so long and asked why, the person told me she couldn't explain but that she would have a service person call me to explain. No service person ever called, although this was Tuesday and my appointment wasn't until the next Monday. When I finally went to the appointment, everything was handled well and it took only one hour, not three. Bottom line: I was very unhappy with the process of making the arrangements, but the actual appointment was fine. Nick was the person I worked with at the actual appointment. I don't know who the others were. More
