Software Update - “All Day”? Scheduler told me it was “all day”. My husband took off work to drop car off night before and next day to pick up. I got 2 texts and 1 email from different people at very different times saying car was done. They only needed about an hour, I would have waited! Instead of driving from Chaska and Eden Prairie with my husband. When I arrived to pick it up, I was given the paperwork and key and said it was parked just outside. I wandered around and didn’t see my car. Another service asked me if I needed help, took my key and hit the panic button a couple times to try to hear it. Nothing. He went in some back lot and finally brought it to me. While everyone is super nice, it just seems there is conflicting information in the service department. Thank you... More
