After a diagnosis was reached, Nick also stepped in. Nick has been patient, understanding and so helpful to resolve the issue. I have been on roller coaster with engine troubles, needing a rental, a tow and another rental! Nick was in constant contact with me letting me know what the next step would be and then swiftly took care of everything! Phil and Andrea have also been instrumental in resolving this issue, going above and beyond with diligence and outstanding customer service. They have all LISTENED to my concerns (many times) and worked together to reach a resolution. Andrea contacted me personally to reassure me that the situation would be resolved in a timely manner. Their level of professionalism and compassion is absolutely outstanding. I am thankful. I rely on my car so much, and when you are in limbo it is so difficult.
