Our experience was not good. Our sales rep clearly had no clue about anything. He “explained” how the process would work, had us sign multiple documents, only to then find out fr Our sales rep clearly had no clue about anything. He “explained” how the process would work, had us sign multiple documents, only to then find out from the manager it was all incorrect. After wasting almost 3 hours, we finally got everything set. However the car still had to be inspected, they promised to call us when it was ready supposedly after one business day. It took 5 days to figure it out. We were transferred to another rep, had to talk to the manager, etc. finally we’re given a date and time to pick the car up, except when we show up no one has any clue about who we are, where the car is, etc. Overall a very frustrating experience. More
