Morrie’s 394 Hyundai did a very good job. I was greeted right away and the service was performed on time. I did find one valve stem cap missing after service, however. More

There is nothing positive to report only negative. The management there is the worst I have ever encountered. More

Chris, we are sorry for your experience, unfortunately we do not have any control on what items you have left inside your vehicle that was stolen and dropped off here.

chrischurch77 responded

The items where still in the vehicle when dropped off. Like I said I have pictures to prove it. Thanks again for lying

Morrie's 394 Hyundai responded

Chris, your vehicle is your responsibility and has to be handled with your insurance, it is not up to us to know what personal items are leftover with a vehicle that had already been stolen.

Mar 31, 2023 -

chrischurch77 responded

No it’s your responsibility not to steal the items from my vehicle. It is also your responsibility to make sure items are safe while in your possession. You have excepted no responsibility for actions and that’s the problem. Dan even stated it’s standard procedure for the detailing department to throw out items in a vehicle that has been stolen. Unfortunately for you the claims adjuster had already taken pictures of the vehicle. Thanks again for the worst service ever.
