The process took a very long time, so that was not enjoyable(3 hours). The most negative part for me was the aggressive sales on an additional warranty. I had to say no to two employees at least 10 times as these warranties benefit everyone but the car buyer. If I were to purchase from Morrie’s again I will be direct from the start that no should mean no and I’m not interested in the warranty routine that I will admit is well choreographed. More
