It took 5 hours from arrival to driving away with the car because it had recently arrived I purchased a Kia Forte via TrueCar from Morrie’s Hyundai. It took 5 hours from arrival to driving away with the car because it had recently arrived and not gone through detailing. Paperwork was more than I was accustomed to since I was paying cash, and the company would not accept my out of state personal check, but they did take my credit card. I would recommend that the company policy allow out of state personal checks if the buyer’s credit score measures up. Anthony was a very friendly and helpful salesperson. More

Since my last visit Morries I dropped my Elantra GT off for service in AC. I’ve dealt with Nick Greco before as my service advisor and he’s the best. Since my last visit Morries has invested in some cool tech. When your car is diagnosed they text you with a video with a video from the mechanic working on your car. He shows and describes what’s wrong and what should be done. Super cool and super easy and somehow reassuring when it’s coming directly from the mechanic working on your car. Everything was done and it was less than I thought and a new compressor wasn’t needed! Thanks again to Nick and Morries and the mechanic who worked on the car. I highly recommend them!! More

1st place you should stop when looking for foreign vehicle. Wow, where should I start. Morries, took my online application and contacted me ASAP. Her name was Kim, Finance Manager and not just a salesman. I got Wow, where should I start. Morries, took my online application and contacted me ASAP. Her name was Kim, Finance Manager and not just a salesman. I got straight to the point with her and she listened well. I was asked to drive down there and though I was hesitant due to dealerships keeping you there all day waiting while they figure out how to talk there way I to your pocket, I proceeded to meet Kim. Upon arrival she already had a vehicle picked out based on what I told her I needed, she had credit running based on online application and assisted me to Saad, a sales professional. We instantly took down some information, test drive it and Kim came back and already had approval with very competitive rates. Keep in mind my score was not the best. She just worked very hard in my part to put together the right small down payment with the score to get it done. I signed papers within the hour after that and was on my way. They made me feel like family. They filled up gas, rare commodity these days, Saad explained every feature of vehicle and went all out in ensuring I was comfortable, happy, and knowledgeable about my new purchase. Kim still walked outside and thanked me, again rare commodity in a greedy corporate dealership world these days. AKA -Luther Brookdale Chevrolet- Finance also offered a protection plan like all dealerships but here he explained the importance and let me make the decision. There was no pressured sales pitch that made me uncomfortable. He allowed me to think about it and feel comfortable and I took the extra protection. I write this long review as I am sick and tired of dealerships seeing us as dollar signs so if you are to go to Morries Hyundai and ask for Kim and Saad and together they will give you a very pleasant and rememberable experience. Thanks Kim!!! More

Since it is a no haggle store I was surprised that I was haggled by the finance guys trying to get me to buy extended warranties etc. By talking to Anthony I thought I was buying a great quality car but the finance people led me to believe it will all fall apart by 60,000 miles and i would be sorry when the warranty wears out. It really ruined my exciting experience of finally getting a new car. More
