They have a good coffee machine that does espresso drinks. One of the TVs shows the status of everyone in the queue. As long as I remember the coupons, I'll come back while my engine is under warranty. More

Great car buying experience Called Witll Wednesday evening. Drove to the cities Thursday am 160 miles. Will was not there when we arrived. But we were greeted by Jim. Showed us the car and took us for a test drive. Both my husband and I drove the car. During this time Jim explained the new features of the car and how they worked. When we returned to the dealership Will was there. Now we had two knowledgeable gentlemen working with us. We made the decision to buy. They helped us with the financing and explained their policies. We went to lunch and they finished the paperwork and detailed the car. When we returned the auto was ready. Both sales personnel accompanied us to the car. They set up the radio, programmed our phones, gave us the manuals, paperwork, and their phone numbers. We left with a new car and a very pleasurable car buying experience. More

Lack of customer service Your service advisor was rude after I asked for an explanation on why the oil had a blackish appearance after an oil and filter change. First he would not go out to my car to look at it and after I showed him a picture, his only remark was it is a GDI engine! My years of experience of many oil changes has demonstrated that there is no sign of “leftover” oil on the dip stick. More
