First Service Visit I brought my 2016 Hyundai in for a software update. Making the appointment was easy. Was greeted at the service station with a smile. Regular maintenance - Yeah I appreciate the fact that even though this was just a regular maintenance oil change that they did a really nice job of cleaning out the car - Yeah I appreciate the fact that even though this was just a regular maintenance oil change that they did a really nice job of cleaning out the car and doing some extra perks. They also videotaped it and send it to me in terms of their of valuation of the engine and what it look like and that was really a nice piece. More

A pleasant surprise It has been some time since we have shopped for a new vehicle. I was expecting what I think of as the adversarial process with buyer and seller trying It has been some time since we have shopped for a new vehicle. I was expecting what I think of as the adversarial process with buyer and seller trying to get the better of one another. My pleasant surprise was being greeted by Joe Rys asking how he could help us. Joe did not apply pressure or push us in a direction he might of preferred. He showed us the vehicle we were interested in and explained the pricing and process. I actually felt Joe was working with us, and very patiently at that, to get what we wanted at what would be the best deal for as well as for him by presenting options Once we decided to purchase he did not just buzz off. He stayed with us through the whole process. We did all the paperwork with Drake Thomas. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He explained every step and gave us as much time as we needed to read the documents. He actually made this a comfortable and painless process. When we picked up our vehicle Joe spent a lot of time explaining the cars functions, many of which are new to us. As retired people who haven’t purchased a car in well over ten years, and who are not very technically literate, this was a long process which Joe completed patiently and thoroughly.
