Over promise no delivery Went it knowing what I wanted to buy and all they had to do was process the deal. I Didn’t negotiate price. First went to the Morries Cadillac dealer and they didn’t even advise that the car only came with one key .till I got all the paper work and financing done..I was upset and left and went to Morrie’s Hyundai accross the street and had them get the same car across the highway from Cadillac and bought it through them.They were suppose to fill the gas ( full tank) but instead they only filled half so probably save $20 some on gas on a car that I paid $34k. That’s very cheap mentality and their buy happy promise didn’t mean much as when I went to get their free car wash in Maplewood , I was advised they don’t have car wash and handed me a wash code for a holiday gas station. Any dealer will always give full gas of tank. Morris is overpromise and no delivery. But they had the car I wanted so had to deal with them. More

Awesome Experience with Nick Greco We had an issue with my wife's primary car, a 2015 Elantra. The engine was rapidly deteriorating as I drove it, and all I could think of was how expen We had an issue with my wife's primary car, a 2015 Elantra. The engine was rapidly deteriorating as I drove it, and all I could think of was how expensive and difficult it would be to get it fixed. Nick Greco completely turned my expectation on its head. He (and other members of the team too!) provided a VIP experience from start to finish. When I dropped the Elantra off, they helped me get to my class that morning on time and picked me back up when the loaner car was ready for me to drive off that afternoon. Nick handled all the paperwork for the power train warranty claim with polished professionalism. I was kept up to date via text message (a preferred communication method for me!) and the work took a fraction of the time that I was prepared to wait (only about a week instead of the 4-6 that would have been perfectly acceptable). My loaner car (a 2019 Sonata) was brand new, as far as I know never driven before me, spotless inside and out and an absolute joy to drive. The Morrie's 394 Hyundai team was hands down the BEST part of having a catastrophic engine failure and replacement! 5 stars and more!! More
