Welcome back experience This is long overdue. Haven't been to Morrie's Hyundai in several months. During that last visit, a few reoccurring minor issues left me frustrated t This is long overdue. Haven't been to Morrie's Hyundai in several months. During that last visit, a few reoccurring minor issues left me frustrated that day. Minor issues that in no way warranted the nasty review I ACCIDENTALLY submitted and consequently shamefully. Although the issues I brought up were fair enough and pretty accurate -except for the last one where I implied the car smelled from my visit, it DID NOT smell from them, the tone and nastiness of my unintentionally sent review was 1000% NOT!!! I am so sorry for that review! I tried in vain find the review and at least correct it if not delete it but much to my chagrin, I didn't even know which site the survey came from. So the last several months I have been been too ashamed to return but realized the dealership pluses during this time as I encountered dishonest, manipulative behavior, and suspect quality of work at other places. So I went ahead and scheduled an oil change all the while being apprehensive about it due to the xxxxxx way I behaved. Not only was there not even the slightest hint of backlash, they went out of their way to welcome me back and they fixed the issues I had in the past with them. They even gave me a free oil change. It was very humbling experience to see how they not only were above and beyond professional, but they actually worked on and fixed my past issues I had. Thank you. The survey won't let me add more to the section down below so I will add it here. I had Nick Greco as my service technician 2x before as well as this last visit, and he his knowledge and customer service skills are bar none. Micheal Vang is courteous, helpful and very skilled. And Andrea Howardwas very professional towards me. Thank you. More
