Nice people, but their corporate approach is built to milk every dollar out of you that they can. I did not at all appreciate the way extended warranties and extra coverages were handled. It completely ruined what otherwise would have been a pleas I did not at all appreciate the way extended warranties and extra coverages were handled. It completely ruined what otherwise would have been a pleasant experience and made me feel the dealership was not operating with my best interest in mind. At one point, with the salesperson, I agreed to a financing arrangement and price and was provided a form to sign with a monthly payment that worked for me. It's not until I had been sitting in the dealership another 45 minutes that they pulled me into an office to talk sign additional financing documentation. I that time, they hard sold me incremental warranties. Because I was considering leasing, even at the most basic levels, the extra warranties added over $100 to the original monthly payment estimate and I was told if I didn't get them it was very likely I would have a significant penalty to pay at lease end. It felt like a trap. I realized quickly that (and on my own) that with the additional warranties, my monthly payment would be close to a regular financing arrangement and switch course knowing there would be no car handover at the end and therefore no extra fees...and even then they tried to add additional coverages, some that duplicated my insurance. For a no-nonsense, no haggle approach, I felt like they were trying to milk every dime out of me they could. I don't blame any of the people I worked directly with. This is clearly an approach that Morries has decided to implement to increase profits. If it works for them, fine, but I was really disappointed and would not go back or subject anyone I know to that. More

Trading in my baby! I went in not wanting to trade in my car but knowing I had to. Going back to school full time, I was looking for something cheaper than what I was cur I went in not wanting to trade in my car but knowing I had to. Going back to school full time, I was looking for something cheaper than what I was currently in. Alfonso was such a help, so much fun to work with and he sympathized what I was going through! Morries gave me a great trade on my car and it was hassle free. The WHOLE experience was unlike any other car buying experience I've ever had and I can say that I will most definitely be back. Thank you to all who made my sad day turn out to be a great one! Saving money and still in a nice car thanks to Morries and Alfonso! More

He was able to find me a car right away after the one I came to see originally was sold earlier that day, which a really appreciated. Kim was a delight to work with when it came to signing paperwork. She took the time to explain things to me when I asked, and she gave me advice on what would be best for me. The reason for 4 stars was that when I called to get the vehicle information to pass on to my lien holder, I was given incorrect milage and VIN. When I called in a second time the VIN was cleared up, which was great, but it wasn't until I was signing the paperwork that I realized the milage I was given was incorrect. Also when I called, I was told to come in as early as I could (my appointment was at 8pm, to meet with Alfonso) in order to get my trade information completed. This made me feel like this was necessary. When I showed up early, the customer service was good, however no one seemed to know what was going on. My old car title was taken from me before they even evaluated my car. They also said that my new car was in detailing to get "all fluids topped off" before I go, and when I got home with my new car, I noticed an caution message saying my windshield fluid was low. These things aren't the end of the world, but it just seemed like one hand wasn't talking to the other. Kim and Alfonso were awesome, and they made me feel great about my purchase, and they made my experience here worth it. More
