My only gripe was being sent on our way with the gas mileage tracker reading 27 miles until empty. I know the car was used and only $15k, but that did not sit well with us. They advised their policy is to send out used cars with at least a 1/4 tank, and offered to put a couple gallons in, but I declined, in an effort to get on the road and try to miss rush hour traffic. I've purchased one new and two used cars in the past 6+ years from dealerships in the Twin Cities area, and have always left with a full tank of gas. I just assumed that was normal practice. More

I am only giving this a one star because 0 is not an option. Do not buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from Morrie's 394 Hyundai yesterday and I need to give other buyers a warni option. Do not buy a car from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from Morrie's 394 Hyundai yesterday and I need to give other buyers a warning about their policies. The salesperson Devin and Finance Manager were great to work with. I got in my car and loved it. I was told everything runs great and there are no mechanical issues. I relied on their representations as I am not a mechanic. I loved the SUV. I was getting everything setup to drive away and the speakers did not work. I was told to pull into the service bay to see if they could fix them. It was not a quick fix. Then I was told, good news/bad news, Morrie's will fix the issue but it cannot be done until Mid January. Not ideal but OK. I was told to come inside and get a "We Owe You" signed. Went into the sales manager to get the "We Owe You". I was told if they had fixed undisclosed problems they would have sold the car for more implying that they knew about the issue. I was then told that Morrie's does not disclose issues with their cars, unless it makes them unsafe to drive. For example, the transmission could be shot but safe to drive and they would not tell a buyer or fix to the problem before selling the car. Based on the conversation with the sales manager, Peter Bishop, Morrie's normal course of business is to hide problems on cars just long enough to get them off the lot, as long as they are safe to drive. Do not trust anything Peter Bishop says, he would be willing to mislead you to sell a car and make his quota. Do not buy a car from this dealership. More
