Hello Amera, our high mileage vehicles go through a safety inspection prior to going for sale, we were able to work with you to bring to your mechanic before purchasing and the A/C was working at the time. Vehicles over 75k miles are sold AS-IS but were able to offer you a service contract to protect you against vehicle breakdown which you declined. We are willing to help you with half of the cost of the repair, please give us a call to schedule a time to make this right. Thank you

The A/C’s issue is it’s working “intermittently” which means it worked the day you sold it me and then not the next. It is still working the same way it was when purchased. I know when purchasing a vehicle (even used) through a dealer everything needs to be working properly to sell it, or you need to disclose the issues before selling. I was not told the A/C only worked intermittently and would have never bought the car if it was not falsely advertised as having a working A/C. I have all the information I need that shows this was an issue that was not completely addressed properly before the car was bought and am building a case with my lawyer to work out this scam.
