The salespeople are absolutely incredible, but my satisfaction with this dealership does not end there at all. From financing options, communication, and general treatment of me as a prospective cust satisfaction with this dealership does not end there at all. I made an appointment ten days ago to have my headlight replaced. I got a call confirming my appointment yesterday. At no point when I made my appointment or during the call did they tell me what I learned replaced. I got a call confirming my appointment yesterday. At no point when I made my appointment or during the call did they tell me what I learned when I went to get this done - that it was going to take 4 hours to complete! Absolutely unacceptable way of doing business. What was the point if the appointment if it meant having to wait so long? I hadn't planned for a ride home, and needed the use of my car sooner than FOUR HOURS. I could have done this if they had communicated the bind they were in for a simple light change. Not sure I'm ever going back here for service. In the past they have hit me with hidden fees that weren't really explained when I was offered the service and this is the last straw. I'd rather drive to St. Cloud Hyundai for seevice than do this again. Would probably be home faster if I did even with the hour drive there and back. More
