Scammers - the advisor I got, asked me to change the axle assembly because 1 of the boots was torn, also asked me to change the brake pads, calipers, and rotors cause the brake pads were on the lower end of assembly because 1 of the boots was torn, also asked me to change the brake pads, calipers, and rotors cause the brake pads were on the lower end of its life. I went in for a scheduled service expecting to be out in 90 minutes, as I was told at check-in. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 2.5 hours—with zero communication about the delay. What’s more frustrating is that after the multi-point inspection, no one came to explain anything about part replacements or what was found. I had to ask for an update myself, and even then the response felt rushed and incomplete. For a dealership, I expected a more professional and transparent approach. Disappointing experience overall. All of my interactions with staff were very positive and they showed sincere caring on my service visit. Although I didn’t see the gentleman’s name that had the most interaction with me for my service appt… they showed sincere caring on my service visit. And Brandon who sold me the car sat down with me for a review of my add-on package which was very appreciated.
