Andrea did an excellent job in following up with Hyundai USA's recommendation for a full inspection of the recent oil leakage & clean up of the splash tray. I'm glad nothing serious happened to my 2015 Sona USA's recommendation for a full inspection of the recent oil leakage & clean up of the splash tray. I'm glad nothing serious happened to my 2015 Sonata as a result of the oil leak. I'm hoping the service department learn from the mistake done and move forward to better serve Hyundai's loyal customers. More

I came to Morries answer a recall notice from Hyundai. The problem was with the braking system. I left the auto for service at about 1:00 PM and returned at around 5 PM. I am very thankful for the return The problem was with the braking system. I left the auto for service at about 1:00 PM and returned at around 5 PM. I am very thankful for the return trip supplied by Morries. So far, I haven’t seen any problems with the car but of course I haven’t had to do any breaking on slippery roads. I only ha be a faint memory of who I talked to about the service. More
