I never want to return here. I thought everything was poorly done. I got at least 3 different stories from Jay about what you charge for what service, between my initial phone ca I thought everything was poorly done. I got at least 3 different stories from Jay about what you charge for what service, between my initial phone call, drop-off, and later phone calls. He seemed to have no memory of what he had told me earlier. He also wasted time telling me at pickup that my car was not done yet, because he thought I was someone else apparently. It was also outrageous that you could not make me a spare physical key to start my car for less than $100+, and the inspection video that Jay showed me afterward was unhelpful. It did not show the actual wiper fluid leak at any point, it just showed a large puddle on the floor, which is not at all representative of what is going on in normal operation, since I still have wiper fluid in the car, and I've seen no puddles on my garage floor yet.
