Apologies for your expierence. I understand that there was some confussion as to what was covered under warranty on our end. The repair was technically not covered however because an advisor told you it was we ended up covering the repair at no cost. So again I do apologize.

Got given cheap windshield that should of been covered under warranty and isn’t 2nd opinion from Safelite said it was stress not a stone that cracked it More
