Mobile Once Again! My Volvo S80 kicked the bucket this past weekend. The cost to fix it would be $3,200... instead of investing that much money in a 17 yr old car, that My Volvo S80 kicked the bucket this past weekend. The cost to fix it would be $3,200... instead of investing that much money in a 17 yr old car, that I've had for 7 years, I decided to look into purchesing a newer used car. Ideally I was looking for something around $8,000 with less than 90,000 miles on it. I looked around other dealers and shops in town, but was hooked on the stock of Ford Fusions and other Ford models that Morrie's Buffalo Ford had. The prices were quite a bit higher than I was originally looking for but a 2015 Ford Fusion in GREAT condition, and with 20,000 miles on the odometer, was well worth the extra money. I met with Mr. Dan Werner who was extremely patient with my 10 month old niece who tagged along, and with my indecisiveness. We were there test driving cars for probably an hour alone, until I made up my mind. Morrie's Buffalo Ford has such a great verity of vehicles, reasonable prices and loan payment options, and the customer service is what brought it home for a win in my book. I highly recommend visiting them for your next vehicle purches. More

Not happy with sales person. Sales person did not spend anytime with me looking at the vehicle I bought. Kept referring me to the drivers manual. Told me to come back on a Friday at 10 AM, I went there and he wasn't there and no one knew about getting my window fixed, he also told me that the Ford Escape I bought had been detailed, IT WAS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I had to work and my daughter picked up the Ford for me and I specifacly asked Pete to talk to me daughter about all the gadgets on the panels, Pete just handed her the keys and again referred to the drivers manual, Pete didn't explain anything about the Ford. I asked him also about a Nissan Maxima, he said it just sold. and that the Ford was just dropped off before I bought it, he never said if a mechanic had looked at it yet or not. He never came outside to meet me at the ford, after I took it for a drive, I sat at his desk, waiting for him. I told my concerns to the Manager Dave, and he took care of me. The company is great, my problem had alot to do with the sales person. More

Good job. Good enough. I got a great deal here on a new car! Love the car, and everyone was nice. The only thing I'd like to bring to the attention of the staff is that I felt a little disrespected. I'm a young woman and it seemed as if the sales associate helping me (not Chad, he was the manager at the time) was always speaking directly to my boyfriend, not to me. Keep in mind, the car was purchased by me with my money for me to drive! It was slightly off-putting for him to not direct conversation towards me, even when talking about payment options. I'm the one paying, after all! Overall, it was still a good experience and I think my problem had more to do with the individual, not the company as a whole. I would still recommend Morrie's! More
