Loved them!!! I had the best visit ever at Morrie's Buffalo Ford. I came in with not a great situation to trade. My home town was not willing to help me/work with I had the best visit ever at Morrie's Buffalo Ford. I came in with not a great situation to trade. My home town was not willing to help me/work with me much. I was prepared for my last, "I'm sorry. We cannot help you." My mother bought a car through Morrie's a few years ago, and has always said the best to go to. She was right. My sales guy, Mike Schuetz, found the vehicles I was curious about, and after test driving we assessed where I was sitting. He came up with some new scenarios, enlightened me on new options I was not aware of, and I saw hope. He and Aaron, the financial worker, were amazing. The lengths that they went through to help me out, I am so grateful. I drove out of there with a new vehicle and such a great future outlook than I originally came in for. There is definitely something to this group of people. Every single person was friendly and nice. This was worth a 3 plus hour drive just to get there. I feel so fortunate I took this leap. I am so grateful for all of the work they did. I will definitely be a customer that comes back! More

Almost new 2016 Fusion Hybrid purchase from out of state Bought a barely used 2016 Fusion hybrid from this store. Not a lot of hybrids available in my part of the country so after settling on the Ford Fusion Bought a barely used 2016 Fusion hybrid from this store. Not a lot of hybrids available in my part of the country so after settling on the Ford Fusion with the options I wanted and expanding my search nation wide, this Ford store had one available in the right color. I purchased it sight unseen via the Internet. Salesman was very accommodating with my unusual request. His description of the vehicle was close to accurate with a couple scratches here and there and scraped up lower front bumper he failed to mention but overall not a big deal affecting the value or appearance of the car. Management was also accommodating and even handled the shipping aspect of the deal for me. I used local financing so I did not get to experience what I am sure would have been a professional finance department with their store. Mailing paperwork back and forth was handled efficiently although it took a little longer than expected to actually get the car on a transport truck. Trucking company they used was efficient and professional. Driver kept me posted while on route and was agreeable to a nearby meeting location (no way a transport truck could get into my neighborhood). I was pleasantly surprised that the salesman took the time to have his service department look up the door code and left it on his business card in the cup holder for me. Nice thoughtful touch. My only real complaints and why I couldn't leave a perfect score are that the vehicle wasn't detailed prior to shipping and was almost out of fuel. Guess I should have asked but I thought all cars came detailed with a full tank of fuel. Not saying I wouldn't do it again with these guys, I just might be a little pickier next time. Overall I love the car and the ease at which they made the sale. I appreciate all the effort these guys did accommodating buying a vehicle from out of state. More
