Great experience. Took longer than expected, but was great Experience went well. Morries is a best price dealership; their price on their site is the price of the car. No stress negotiating. Worked with Jim to get purchase taken care of, and overall had a positive experience. Bought a 2015 Focus and had a couple of issues with the paint. Jim said that they can get that all taken care of no problem; even though it was an used car. Jim also noted some chips in the glass, and said when the paint is fixed, the glass will be fixed as well. Likewise, we opted to have heated seats installed, which will all be done with the other scheduled items. Very nice to work with me on that to get everything taken care of in one go. Overall it was a good experience. Unfortunately this Morries is out of our way for the normal service, but Jim assured us that the place we will be taking it too will provide the same level of service we would get from them. More

Nice People-Nice Place The car I had looked at in St. Cloud was sold so I drove down to Buffalo and the car from Morrie's had also been sold over the last weekend. Roger checked to see what I was looking for and checked his stock. He found an even better buy for me and my needs. I told him that in the morning I would be getting the check from the insurance from my accident so we did the paperwork and I was back the following day. (pause) Just now got a call from Roger, what a coincidence. I told him he did a good job and thanked for helping me. He said thank you again to me for buying from him. Next time it's a short drive but I will be headed down to Morrie's Buffalo Ford to buy my next car when it's time. Friendly staff from front door greeter at the desk thru to the back door as I drove out. I will certainly ''Buy Happy' again. More
