Purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape We worked with Brian (Rudy) Rudolph. Despite some challenging moments (another party basically bought the car we wanted from under us due to another s We worked with Brian (Rudy) Rudolph. Despite some challenging moments (another party basically bought the car we wanted from under us due to another salesperson's attempt to make his own sale even though Rudy had been working with us for 2+ hours, as we looked and drove 3 separate vehicles). When we lost out to the desired car the management stepped in and offered us a better car, worth more money at the same price we wanted to spend. They were extremely gracious with this sale, making sure we did not leave unsatisfied. Rudy was wonderful. He worked with us extensively to ensure we were happy and taken care of. Plus the other 2 gentlemen we worked with (a manager & the finance person, Wade) were also great. We would recommend Morrie's in Buffalo to anyone. They offer great customer service! More

Very Considerate! I called Jim late in the evening after finding a car at the dealership online. I explained that we had already test drove this type of vehicle, but th I called Jim late in the evening after finding a car at the dealership online. I explained that we had already test drove this type of vehicle, but the the price and style were exactly what we had wanted. We live over an hour and a half from the dealership so Jim suggested that we leave him a credit card number so he could hold the vehicle since we were driving so far. (the credit card was NOT charged!) He also explained the "buy happy" program so we didn't have to sit through it when we got there. We had arrived MUCH earlier and he had already filled it with gas and apologized for not having it cleaned yet. We only had to be at the dealer for under 2 hours and left with a car we are happy with. Thanks Jim!! More
