There was a Ford recall on our F150. Morries handled everything very well! The appointment was easy to schedule. The drop off was easy. The team at Morrie's made my new lease easy and definitely worth driving the extra miles. Dan Judd in sales and Aaron in Finance were great to deal with. Called twice to check on my 2021 Lincoln when it was in the shop last week. I was told someone would call me back with an update. No one called. It wasn’t til the the morning I received a call saying my ve the shop last week. I was told someone would call me back with an update. No one called. It wasn’t til the the morning I received a call saying my vehicle was done. I brought it in for the passenger seat to be looked at. The back of the seat was coming apart. Brought it home and a few days later the seat back is not all the way together again. Seems to be not staying clipped together. Dissatisfied on lack of communication when my car was in the shop for the whole day and then to have the same issue a few days later More
