I couldn’t not be more impressed with the amazing customer service I received from Morries Ford, Buffalo, MN. I was there looking at vehicles to purchase with my daughter when I found myself in a v customer service I received from Morries Ford, Buffalo, MN. I was there looking at vehicles to purchase with my daughter when I found myself in a very difficult situation. At the end of our visit and we were ready to leave my truck wouldn’t shift into gear preventing me from driving it. Somewhat of an embarrassing situation to say the least, but I knew I needed to seek assistance from their service department. After explaining my situation to Tom their Service Shop Manager he took immediate action to help me out. He introduced me to the shop foreman, Scott who immediately conducted an electronic diagnostic test, found the issue and completed the repair within 45-50 minutes. Although their shop was busy and they certainly could have told me they were too busy to look at it but they did everything in their power to help me out. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone. I would like to thank Tom, Scott, and Tou, Service Advisor who wrote a service ticket, explaining costs, and welcomed me to wait my a comfortable waiting area with refreshments to make my experience comfortable. I have never received such wonderful service ever. I’ve purchased vehicles from Morries, Buffalo in the past and plan to make myself a life time customer. Thank you! More
I am not pleased with the way the service dept. Schedules appointments. When I book an appointment for a certain dau I expect that is the day work should be performed. I purchased my new Ford Escape at Morrie’s Ford in Buffalo. My salesman, Glenn Koppin, was very knowledgeable and a great help. Glenn was especially patient in taking his time explaining to me the many features of my new car, such as how to maneuver around the screen to control such things as the temp. to my liking. The part of the screen showing cars or people behind me in a parking lot is very helpful. Glenn was a great and knowledgeable salesman for me.
