The guy at the service center was very rude, condescending and I almost shed tears. I have bought 4 cars from this dealer and never had any problems. The sales experience was good. The problem is with the finance department. The finance guy never explained the documents. He would not provide a paper copy of the purchase agreement. If you plan on paying with cash/check this is not the dealership for you. There buy happy promise does not apply to the finance department. More
