I was disappointed that again like many other times we have bought vehicles, I sat and waited for 45 minutes until I met wit great customer service. As I waited, I noticed, I was the only customer in the place and all of the salespeople we are having their meeting out in the middle of the room. This tactic is not needed, I was paying cash and actually almost got up and left. I did not purchase the extended warranty on my used car but he sure tried to sell me on it. I called the service number in the morning and they gave me an appointment at 9:30am. I got there a little early and they took my truck right and took care of me right away. The technician explained that the nail did not puncture the tire completely. He made sure it was not leaking and checked all of the tires for the correct pressure. It was a great experience. More
