Dropped off my truck to get some parts replaced. Did not receive any update until I called the next day to be told my truck had not been worked on yet. No one seemed to know what needed to be done o Did not receive any update until I called the next day to be told my truck had not been worked on yet. No one seemed to know what needed to be done on my truck or when it would be done. Once the work was finally done I was told I was being charged for a part I thought would have been covered under warranty but was not told until after it was installed and I would not have replaced the part at this time if I had know beforehand. More
