Well-oiled machine. Lots going on with a lot of people involved in selling a car to us. Trade-in fell in line with my expectations. Drove the vehicle out of the lot at a lesser overall cost than I expected. The salesman Jim, was a fine guy. Very likeable and helpful. Everybody, top to bottom, really puts in a great effort to explain all the complexities of the finance options and warranty. Bob in finance is a hoot. More

We liked and trusted Jeremy Kent the salesman. We did feel pressure with the person trying to sell the extended warranty.
