Jim was great. He called me back regarding the vehicle I was looking at for purchase and answered my questions. I went in for routine oil change without an appointment. I was able to get in right away for the service work and they checked everything else. I will need some new tires at the next servicing and the ser I was able to get in right away for the service work and they checked everything else. So first of all I dropped the car off at 6:30 am and I guess they only checked the drop box once at 6am. My car was there for an oil change and we had an appointment, I got a ride thinking that the car wi guess they only checked the drop box once at 6am. So 2 out of 3 times you screwed up More
