I left feedback on the day of my sale but wanted to follow up on my experience. Reflecting on my buying experience with Jeremy Kent; I felt like he was distracted, high-pressure, and was not clear about the terms of the contract, financing, or trade-in. The critical issue I have with the sale is the condition of the vehicle and the response to my concerns. I took my new car to my mechanic for an assessment two days after I bought it. They diagnosed a class three passenger-side valve cover gasket leak. I returned home and emailed Jeremy immediately. The ultimate response was that, two days after the sale, Buffalo Ford wouldn't stand by their product. They suggested as a team, including General Manager, Brett Kramer, that I use my two-day-old vehicle warranty to have the problem fixed myself (but at their service center, of course). The whole experience feels like fraud. Due to the quality of the overall assessment of used inventory and the perceived dependability of the vehicle service department, it is highly unlikely that I will be a return customer. Additionally, I have a difficult time putting trust in Morrie's service department to further service my car under warranty. I am skeptical of the quality of the work that will be performed in the future when the preliminary review of this vehicle has either missed or dismissed something so fundamental to the quality operation of any vehicle. This service experience was one of the worst experiences I have had. We bought oil changes when we bought our brand new vehicle last spring (so within the past year). We called to schedule an oil change as well as gave them look at some chrome that was bubbling inside the vehicle. We were not told when we scheduled the appt or when we dropped the vehicle off that the appt time was just to get “in line” and that it would take up to 72 hours to look at. We were surprised to find this out when we called that afternoon to get an update. When we questioned why we weren’t told about that and if they had suggestions on what we were supposed to do since there were no courtesy cars and we needed a car, they said no. Honestly shocked at the poor service and lack of communication- especially since we just spent $70k there on a new vehicle this past year. Lesson learned for our future purchases. More
