Iusually never write reviews but this was highly worth it! I've bought a lot of cars from many places over the years but Morries in Buffalo was the best experience I've ever had. The easiest. Zach Ingram was the best at getting us in my amazing new car. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened to all my wants. They both were the best I've ever worked with. Scheduled appointment over a month in advance to have a loaner to have a recall performed. Call the dealer before I left to make sure there was a loaner available, when I when I entered the dealer I was to loaner to have a recall performed. Call the dealer before I left to make sure there was a loaner available, when I when I entered the dealer I was told there were no loaners available and also the parts were not available for the recall, which I Made sure they were held for me when I made the appointment after discussing with the service writer that if they cannot work on the vehicle today I will not return. Then agreed to use the parts saved for another vehicle, so I would be able to get this done while I wait More
