The service dept is good but the quick lane wasn’t as good. After my oil change and tire rotation they did a check of my vehicle and did not put the coolant cap back on and left it on the top of the fen good. Was not happy about that! Also was not consistent on paper work of what they did and what they suggested to have done. So I had my husband check to see if they replaced my engine filter.which they did do but wasn’t sure by the paperwork. More

Sales person Ryan I worked with was fantastic and found us the perfect Toyota Camry we were looking for my 16-year-old son. After spending two months shopping everywhere, Ryan found us a great car that just came in on the trade-in and made the process quick and easy and no sales hassle. The only reason I'm not giving a 5/5 is we were told the gas would be full and it was under 3/4 of a tank when we left last night, but the main reason is their financing rep definitely didn't treat us with respect. I got the impression he was doing so because we were paying cash and not financing. The sales rep and the sales manager agreed I would not have to write them a check until the car went through the 120 point inspection the following day to make sure everything was good with the car. At one point during the paperwork the Financing rep said he hates doing these deals?? I think it was more that we were paying cash and he was not getting a financing commission, but he claims it was because the car should either be going through the inspection first or cash should be paid. I said I was fine making a deposit and the sales manager said he had no problem with this transaction until inspection was done. Otherwise, we would return to Buffalo Morrie's again to work with Ryan in the future. More
