This dealership offers below average customer service and their internal communication is horrendous at best. They ask you what you want, then ignore it and do whatever they feel like doing. You tell one emp their internal communication is horrendous at best. They ask you what you want, then ignore it and do whatever they feel like doing. You tell one employee what you want, don't get it, and another calls you asking how everything went; when you explain it to them all they do is say sorry they didn't know. Long time customer of this dealership but seriously questioning that loyalty now. More
