I recently had an experience at the dealership that left me feeling rather disappointed. While the service itself was satisfactory, I couldn't help but be frustrated by their diagnostic charges and the unex me feeling rather disappointed. Unlike most other dealerships, they don't waive these fees when you decide to proceed with the service, which felt like an unnecessary extra cost. Made an appointment for 10am. Dropped my car or before they opened and put my keys in the drop box.
