Scheduling seems to never work well at this dealership. I Scheduled an oil change with the Ford app and got a confirmation email that it was Scheduled. However, Morries did not show me on their schedule wh I Scheduled an oil change with the Ford app and got a confirmation email that it was Scheduled. However, Morries did not show me on their schedule when I got there. They were able to fit me in, so I was happy about that. But if I call for a simple oil change, they are booked out at least a week. I typically go somewhere else if that's the case. More

My salesman Glenn was very good no nonsense and answered all my questions. The only complaint was the smell in the car that I think they could have done something about.
