After 3 days of my truck being there after my appointment, they had still not looked at it and there was no communication of the status. When I called to see what was happening I was told I would appointment, they had still not looked at it and there was no communication of the status. Great Service at Morries , took a week to get my car fixed without an appointment ( tow in ) and the part that was needed took 4 days to get , a loaner car was provided and was kept informed of the pro fixed without an appointment ( tow in ) and the part that was needed took 4 days to get , a loaner car was provided and was kept informed of the progress by the advisor Sheila , all in all very happy with service . We brought our Edge in for service on a Friday. We had an appointment and informed the service department that we could not leave the car over the weekend. Shortly after 3:00 we were called and tol We had an appointment and informed the service department that we could not leave the car over the weekend. Shortly after 3:00 we were called and told that they would not be able to look at the car. When I picked up the car, having never even been looked at, the service writer was very apologetic and assured me that I would be called on Monday and that they would definitely make it right. Today, 1 month later, I have never received any communication whatsoever. I will definitely need to find a different service provider. More
