We scheduled a recall repair. We were told they didn’t have enough room for us to drop it off the night before. When we dropped it off the day of they then told us they wouldn’t h We were told they didn’t have enough room for us to drop it off the night before. When we dropped it off the day of they then told us they wouldn’t have time to get to it that day so we’d have to leave it overnight. Ok?! They called us the next day and told us the parts for the recall were on national backorder. Thank you for wasting my time. More

Really dissatisfied we have had our truck in for service before to have the cam phasers and oil pan fixed. Now we bring it in again to find out the oil pan is leaking again third time and the cam phasers ne before to have the cam phasers and oil pan fixed. Now we bring it in again to find out the oil pan is leaking again third time and the cam phasers need replacing again really sad they won’t help us out because the warrenty is over by 8000 miles pretty xxxxty they can’t stand behind their craftsmanship More
