The salesman that we worked with was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The sales manager, Jeff, was extremely rude. If the truck we purchased wasn’t in such great shape, I would have never bought a pleasant to work with. The sales manager, Jeff, was extremely rude. I would highly recommend Morrie’s Buffalo Ford to anyone looking for Service. I bought “Happy”. I have always been treated nicely by the staff, and always gotten a loaner. I have a fantastic warranty with looking for Service. I bought “Happy”. I have always been treated nicely by the staff, and always gotten a loaner. I have a fantastic warranty with National Auto Insurance. And Morrie’s stands behind their work. Twice I have come in for Service and haven’t had to pay my deductible. Yes, that’s right no cost to me and a brand new Ford F150 truck to drive. Just can’t say enough nice things about this Dealership. From the moment I bought my car they delivered fine Service. I have bought my last 3 cars at Morrie's Buffalo Ford. The Fusions I have had had very little repair bills other than batteries, tires, etc. I also have them serviced there. This is the second car I've bought from JR Robertson. He makes the buying experience easy. He had a good selection for me to look at and I purchased a 2021 Escape. Our Salesman Ryan was able to place an order for me when no other Ford dealer in mpls St. Paul was able! Everyone else said I would have to wait until august 14 to order!
